The Intersection Collective is guided by equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging. It focuses on Black, Indigenous, and Latinx communities with disabilities, who face the greatest disparities. The organization amplifies, learns from, and values the lived experiences of children and families at the intersection of race and disability.
