InnovateEdu’s Pathways Alliance initiative is building a national coalition to cultivate the policy, practice, and research conditions necessary to build and sustain a diverse and inclusive pipeline of educators. Formed in response to the challenges faced by prospective educators of color, the Pathways Alliance works to make education an accessible, sustainable, and inclusive profession for all.
