Jory has lived in Virginia his entire life and has had the opportunity to reside and organize field efforts in three different regions of the Commonwealth.
While attending Rockingham County School Board meetings in the Summer of 2021, Jory witnessed the need for organizations to help lead an inclusive and focused conversation around an equitable education. As such, Jory led organizing efforts across Virginia to impact school board elections.
