Jessica Henry is the Director of Operations at NewSchools. She leads the Operations team, overseeing business operations, knowledge management, grantmaking, and IT, all of which enables teams to perform at their best.
Before joining NewSchools, Jessica was the Program Director for All Stars Helping Kids, a grantmaking organization in the Bay Area. While at All Stars, she oversaw operations, grantmaking initiatives in both California and New York and managed philanthropic activities for a portfolio of professional athlete clients.
Jessica earned a B.A. in Human Biology, with a focus in child health and development, from Stanford University. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing and building forts in the living room with her four children and her husband.
