Ruth Ann Le is Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Learning Officer and Office of the CEO. In this role, she takes care of operational and coordination needs for multiple teams. She is passionate about supporting a family of visionaries who are focused on improving the systems and structures that build strong culture and help the organization run more efficiently, inclusively, and equitably.
Ruth is a career executive assistant with over 25 years’ experience supporting C-level executives in the venture capital, technology, and music industries. Her career has taken her from traveling the world as the road manager and back-up singer for a music artist, to project coordination at tech start-ups, to wrangling the complex calendars, office management, and event coordination of a venture capital firm and their portfolio companies in Silicon Valley. She studied Information Systems Management at San Jose State University.
In her free time, Ruth volunteers her time teaching art at her son’s school. She is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves trying new (easy) recipes, discovering Bay Area hiking trails, and taking road trips. She enjoys photography, karaoke nights with friends, Sunday dinners with family, and lazy beach days. Her favorite thing of all is being Mom to her son and two dogs.
